What Happens if You Stop Eating Sugar for 30 Days?
My good friend Jeanette Wallen in Arizona introduced me to another excellent Holistic doctor, and I watched a few of his videos. Let's just say I am impressed with him! I decided to share with you some of the information I got from him. It might just save someone's life. And if you think this is an exaggeration, listen to what he has to say.
Great news for me and maybe a few others I know, this doctor is located in Cumming, Georgia.

Keep in mind that Dr. Eckberg isn't just talking about white sugar. He is also talking about anything the body turns into sugar after you eat it, including grains, fruits, and some vegetables. As I understand it, this mainly concerns people who are insulin resistant, overweight or experiencing other health problems due to poor diet. But I think that all of us can take a lesson from this wise doctor.
