WE the People Slap Biden With Three Covidiocy Rulings


Ruling #1:

On November 12, 2021, a shot was fired right at the bow of the Biden Administration jab mandate ship. It was a clean hit. 

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) discontinued enforcement of the Biden administration's sweeping covid-19 jab mandate for large companies after a federal appeals court upheld a decision to pause it on November 12, 2021.

"While OSHA remains confident in its authority to protect workers in emergencies, OSHA has suspended activities related to the implementation and enforcement of the ETS [Emergency Temporary Standard] pending future developments in the litigation," OSHA said in a statement on its website." 

OSHA's stance put a big gaping hole in Biden's efforts to claim more control in the covidiocy jab war against American Citizens.

Even the Circuit Judge, Kurt Engelhardt, saw the tyrannical set up being played out, and wrote in his formal decision:

"The mandate is a one-size-fits-all sledgehammer that makes hardly any attempt to account for differences in workplaces (and workers). The public interest is also served by maintaining our constitutional structure and maintaining the liberty of individuals to make intensely personal decisions according to their own convictions – even, or perhaps particularly, when those decisions frustrate government officials."

The covidiocy mandate that resulted in the OSHA decision also triggered legal challenges from more than two dozen district attorneys and dozens of religious and business groups. It is the requirement which was announced on September 9, 2021, whereby Biden asked OSHA to draft up workplace rules that implement the order. It affected all companies with 100 or more employees. It was a feeble socialist attempt to pressure American Citizens into complying with unwarranted health rules that are not constitutional on their face, nor enacted because of scientifically conclusive health concerns.


As the feeble Democrat Party continues to wheel onto stage their poor excuse for a president who incoherently mutters idiotic announcement after announcement, We the People continue to battle the menacing health rules and illegal jab mandates.

In just a little over two weeks since the OSHA ruling announcement, two federal court rulings have landed another shot onto the Biden Administration jab mandate ship, this time causing much more damage.

Rulings #2 & 3: UNLAWFUL Mandate Blocked First in 10 States,
then in ALL 50 STATES!

On November 29, 2021, the second blow and a major upset was delivered to yet another idiotic covidiocy jab mandate from the Biden administration. This one would have required thousands of health care workers in 10 states to get their first jab by next week.

"US District Judge Matthew Schelp issued a preliminary injunction on Monday in a scathing 32-page order in which he called the requirement a "politically and economically vast, federalism-altering, and boundary-pushing mandate." It's the latest blow to the federal vaccine requirements under President Joe Biden, while more legal challenges pile up." ~ NYP

This was only the first in a one-two punch knockout administered by the federal courts to a black and blue Biden and his 'court of jesters'. Weakened and on his knees, Biden was delivered the third and final blow by beautiful Montana!

Federal judge blocks Biden's national vaccine mandate for health-care workers

  • A federal judge blocked a COVID-19 vaccine mandate for health care workers set to kick in next week, the latest legal blow to the Biden administration's new rules. US District Judge Terry Doughty's issued a preliminary injunction for workers across the country, a day after another judge halted the mandate in 10 states.
  • "This matter will ultimately be decided by a higher court than this one," Doughty wrote in a 34-page ruling. "However, it is important to preserve the status quo in this case. The liberty interests of the unvaccinated requires nothing less."
  • Doughty, appointed to the Western District of Louisiana court by former President Donald Trump, said the 14 states whose lawsuit sparked his ruling had raised questions about whether the federal Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services had exceeded its authority by issuing a vaccine requirement.
  • "There is no question that mandating a vaccine to 10.3 million healthcare workers is something that should be done by Congress, not a government agency," Doughty wrote. "It is not clear that even an Act of Congress mandating a vaccine would be constitutional. Certainly, CMS does not have this authority by a general authorization statue."
  • More than 17 million workers in about 76,000 health care facilities would have had to get their first dose of one of the approved vaccines by Dec. 6 under the CMS guidance.
  • A previous ruling put a hold on the Biden administration rule that private businesses with more than 100 workers would have to get vaccinated or wear masks and get tested each week.


While down for the count, the current failed administration decided to take a breather in their corner, perhaps to regroup, lick their collective wounds and gather their corrupt troops for a think-tank return strategy.

Biden Admin Delays Federal Vaccine Enforcement Until New Year

  • The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) told some federal agencies and managers that they can wait to terminate or suspend their employees who won't get vaccinated until the holidays are over, according to a memo that was sent by the agency on Monday.
  • ..."no subsequent enforcement actions, beyond that education and counseling" is mandated for federal workers who have not yet complied with the vaccination requirement until the new calendar year begins in January," according to several news reports.
  • The American Federation of Government Employees, a union representing federal workers, praised the White House's vaccine deadline timeline shift in a statement: "The administration has done the right thing by listening to federal workers, taking their concerns seriously, and giving those who haven't yet gotten vaccinated some peace of mind this holiday season," said union President Everett Kelley.

While this may not seem like a win, it most certainly is. The push-back is picking up both momentum and power. American citizens from all walks of life, no matter their political affiliation, are demanding their rights as guaranteed by our legal and binding Constitution of the United States. If the people of this land are to do anything now, it is to rise-up and participate in the process of winning. It is time to get involved. It is time to tip the win and then to celebrate each win with a deep smile of satisfaction and a prayer of thanksgiving.
