Trump Derangement Syndrome Infects "The Atlantic"

This bogus story accusing President Trump of belittling our great American Veterans is the redo of the fraud of Labor Day 2018. It didn't gain traction then because it was immediately beat down by those who work for and with President Donald J. Trump. Democrats are big on, "try, try again," even with failure!

As explained in this Reuters report from November 10, 2018, the decision to scuttle the President's scheduled visit to the Aisne-Marne American Cemetery in Belleau was not his to make:

"The president was scheduled to pay tribute at a ceremony at the Aisne-Marne American Cemetery in Belleau, about 85 km (50 miles) east of Paris, with his wife Melania. But light steady rain and a low cloud ceiling prevented his helicopter from traveling to the site.

"(Their attendance) has been canceled due to scheduling and logistical difficulties caused by the weather," the White House said in a statement, adding that a delegation lead by Chief of Staff John Kelly, a retired general, went instead.

The decision prompted a rash of criticism on Twitter, with Nicholas Soames, a British member of parliament who is a grandson of former Prime Minister Winston Churchill, saying that Trump was dishonoring U.S. servicemen.

"They died with their face to the foe and that pathetic inadequate @realDonaldTrump couldn't even defy the weather to pay his respects to the Fallen," Soames wrote on Twitter.

White House officials said the decision was taken due to the weather and cited security concerns in hastily arranging a motorcade. Similar concerns prevented Trump from reaching the demilitarized zone between North and South Korea a year ago when foggy weather prevented his helicopter from landing."

The media circus which celebrates any reason to malign President Trump, saw an opening to discredit him, even if it utterly failed the last time! With all their talons of lies bared, they count on doing as much damage as possible leading up to the election to interfere with the flow of appreciation and love that POTUS has going with our veterans, some of his best supporters.

This farcical smear campaign comes at Labor Day and so close to Patriot Day on 9-11, as if that will help the Left's cause! The instigator is The Atlantic magazine, a major contributor to the Biden campaign.

This is all I could stomach to quote here from The Atlantic hit piece on POTUS Trump:

"When President Donald Trump canceled a visit to the Aisne-Marne American Cemetery near Paris in 2018, he blamed rain for the last-minute decision, saying that "the helicopter couldn't fly" and that the Secret Service wouldn't drive him there. Neither claim was true.

Trump rejected the idea of the visit because he feared his hair would become disheveled in the rain, and because he did not believe it important to honor American war dead, according to four people with firsthand knowledge of the discussion that day. In a conversation with senior staff members on the morning of the scheduled visit, Trump said, "Why should I go to that cemetery? It's filled with losers." In a separate conversation on the same trip, Trump referred to the more than 1,800 marines who lost their lives at Belleau Wood as "suckers" for getting killed."

Not one thing in The Atlantic published article about President Trump reflects the man's actual behavior since his 2016 election as publicly reported by honest news sources, his staff, his friends and family and what has been observed and noted by millions of patriots stateside and worldwide.

So take heart dear reader: no amount of deceptive chatter from the 'fakenews' main stream media will keep the truth from ringing free in this land of freedom. AND because truth is winning, nothing will stop what is coming...nothing.
