God, where art thou?

Recognizing Divine Love

The universe is active in all our lives. We are created perfect in spirit from God's own heart. Our souls are cared for as infants in a cocoon woven of infinite love. As time moves, we choose to drift from Divine Love's protection. Yet all of us have the potential to remember from whence we came and to choose once again to be supported by that love.

Or we can ignore all the signs around us that point to the expression of God's provision built into our worlds and being.

In a mother's womb were twin babies...

One asked the other: "Do you believe in life after delivery?"

The other replied, "Why, of course. There has to be something after delivery."

"Nonsense," said the first. "There is no life after delivery. What kind of life would that be?"

The second said, "I don't know, maybe there will be more light than here. Maybe we'll walk with our legs and eat with our mouths. Maybe we will have other senses that we can't understand now."

The first replied, "That is absurd. Walking is impossible. And eating with our mouths? Ridiculous! The cord gives us everything we need."

The second insisted, "Well, I think there might be something different than here. Maybe we won't need the cord anymore."

The first replied, "If there is life, then why has no one ever come back from there? Delivery is the end of life; afterward, we become nothing."

"But certainly, we will meet Mother, and she will take care of us," said the second baby.

The first replied, "Mother? You actually believe in Mother? That's laughable. If Mother exists, then where is she?"

The second said, "She is all around us. We are surrounded by her. It is within her that we live. Without Her, our world would not exist."

Said the first: "Well, I don't see Her, so she doesn't exist."

To which the second replied, "Sometimes, when you really listen, you can feel her presence, and you can hear her voice, calling down to us. I feel love when I hear that voice."

God is our whole, our Mother/Father

In this time, the Mother of the World is no longer hidden but is manifesting herself on a planetary scale. She is seeking her children and desires to rescue them from the burdens that beset them.

What is the awareness of Mother?

It is first of all the tenderness and the nearness of God whereby you perceive that you are loved in a vast universe and that you are not alone. The sense of aloneness is always dispelled by the Mother's footstep, the tender touch, the caress of the soul. The coming of the Mother proclaims the day of the return to the eternal Home, the Bourn of God. When you think of Mother, you think of Home; and without Mother there is no Home. Children of the light upon this continent and all people who walk here are yearning for Home, true Home. And some are wandering on the hillsides, desiring not to tether their consciousness to any place until they have found Mother, until they have found that Home.

The coming of the Mother is the coming of wisdom and wisdom's rod, which is the discipline of fire—that fire which cuts off the right hand if it offends her, which plucks out the right eye if it offends her.3 The Mother will not tolerate disobedience in her children; for she knows that in a state of disobedience, they are outside of the consciousness of God and will remain outside of that consciousness until they return to his law. Therefore, the Mother gives Wisdom's understanding of the law that all might come to the law through love and love through understanding.

The Mother is the crystal clarity that defines the Trinity, that portrays the Mother of Christ, the daughter of God, the Bride of the Holy Spirit, the sister of every pilgrim on the Path. The Mother is the listening ear that hears the thoughts, the trials, the worries of her children, that comforts all in the release of the Holy Spirit.

Infant Child, sing me a song

Let it be sweet and let it be long.

Coo and gurgle with sparkling delight.

Look into my eyes and tell me your story

Look into the world and give us the cure

Look into yourself with somber sleep

Follow your vision buried so deep

Keep alive the reality of pure love

And like pink ribbon tied to a dove

Hold onto your dreams oh so tight

Let them not slip ever out of your sight.
