Union Workers are waking up. 

When labor unions were first organized, the focal point was to have an organization that would assist in shielding blue-collar workers from abusive working conditions.  Unions were initially formed to negotiate with employers, giving workers a voice in how they are treated on the job. 

Over the years, unions' power structures have become increasingly political and corrupt. The UAW, United Auto Workers, is no exception. More woke people are paying attention to the recent UAW strike than ever before, and they, along with UAW members, are finally realizing the expansive Democrat Party's disconnect with America's hardworking citizens' needs.

Donald J. Trump points out the discrepancies between the Biden Crime syndicate's leadership and the UAW members' needs being met.  

During an interview with NBC's 'Meet the Press,' Trump stated UAW's members are being 'sold down the river by leadership.'

Trump took the pulse of UAW leadership and diagnosed the problem stemming from their Democrat Party political affiliation. DJT knows the UAW power structure can sabotage its members' efforts to get a fair and just outcome through this strike.  

Here is the UAW president, Shawn Fain, showing his political bias publicly, as reported by the DailyMail:

Fain has said it would be a 'disaster' if Trump were to win in 2024 but has refused to endorse Biden over issues related to electric cars. In an appearance on CBS Face the Nation, Fain said that his union's endorsement is 'going to be earned, not freely given. We expect action. Not words.'

Speaking about Trump's Detroit visit, Fain told the Times that 'every fiber of our union is being poured into fighting the billionaire class and an economy that enriches people like Donald Trump at the expense of workers.'

We can't keep electing billionaires and millionaires that don't have any understanding what it is like to live paycheck to paycheck and struggle to get by and expecting them to solve the problems of the working class,' Fain continued.

Well, now isn't that interesting. They blame Trump's type of wealth and status for the current ills of the auto industry. Yet these union leaders and members have elected very wealthy people into office for years.

"The New York Times first reported on Trump's forthcoming appearance with Detroit auto workers striking against the big three automakers — General Motors, Ford, and Stellantis — which will serve as counter-programming to the GOP debate at the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library in Simi Valley, California. The GOP frontrunner will deliver a "prime-time speech before current and former union members," according to the Times, as they strike for higher wages following 40-year-high inflation and seek commitments from automakers and the federal government that Biden's electrical vehicle agenda will not threaten their jobs or pay, as Breitbart News has documented. Multiple Trump aides have confirmed the 45th president's plans to Breitbart News."
