"Let that Mind be in You Which Was Also in Christ Jesus"
When Paul gave us that admonishment in Philippians 2:5, it was a reminder of who we are in Christ. What did Paul know that he also knew we would need to be reminded of? And when the Psalmist said, "I have said ye are gods, and that all of you are children of the Most High", was this not a reminder of who we really are? Jesus said in John 10:34: Is it not written in your law, I said, Ye are gods?"
What does it mean to let that mind be in us that is in Jesus?
The Mind that is in Jesus is the Mind of God. So what does it mean to have the mind of God within us? Where does the mind of God reside in us, as in Jesus?
The Mind of God is the Consciousness of God. If in our consciousness we can "let" God's Consciousness be in us, what would we be capable of doing? The Consciousness of God is capable of doing absolutely anything He wants to do. Therefore with God's Consciousness within our consciousness, we can do absolutely anything we want to do as long as it is aligned with the Will of God. Jesus proved this by his demonstration of the use of God's Will to heal, feed the multitudes, and to challenge the devil (that lower consciousness of evil that we have allowed to exist in our reality). Jesus told us before he ascended that we would do greater works than He did because He went unto His Father, our Father.
When we contemplate having the Mind of God, the Mind that is also in Jesus, we must ask ourselves how we know the difference between the Christ Mind and the mind of the lower man or the ego. The ego, with its tendency toward selfishness, anger, hatred, greed, and avarice of all kinds, cannot possibly be the mind of Christ. Jesus demonstrated for us the opposite of all of these human characteristics. He demonstrated kindness, humility, love, forbearance, and goodwill towards all. He also demonstrated what we might call absolute intolerance of evil and the evil works of the liars and fake holy men of the day. There are certainly parallels in our current times.
Though Jesus has been accused of having shown anger when he overturned the tables of the moneychangers in the temple, in this example, Jesus demonstrated his authority to overthrow the lower consciousness of greed and avarice. "Be not overcome with evil but overcome evil with good." Jesus, Romans 12:21
Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you? 1 Corinthians 3:16
I have said ye are gods, and that all of you are children of the Most High Psalms 82:6
If he called them gods, unto whom the word of God came, and the scripture cannot be broken; Say ye of him, whom the Father hath sanctified, and sent into the world, Thou blasphemest; because I said, I am the Son of God? If I do not the works of my Father, believe me not. But if I do, though ye believe not me, believe the works: that ye may know, and believe, that the Father is in me, and I in him. John 10:35
The above was Jesus' response to those who wanted to stone him because he proclaimed the truth that he is the Son of God. Would it, therefore, be blasphemy for us to claim to be sons of God or to have the Mind of Christ within us if we do the Will of God our Father? Shall we not also do the work of God on earth? Can we not also proclaim as Jesus did that the Father worketh hitherto and I work? Are we not also the hands and feet of God on earth?
Who is responsible for bringing the Kingdom of God on earth?
Doesn't it fall to us to whom have been given dominion over the earth? Many people are waiting for Jesus to come and rapture them into heaven and leave the rest to hellfire and damnation. But if we are in the footstool Kingdom of God, must we not make it a fit habitation for God? The scriptures also tell us that there will be a new Heaven and New earth.
Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ's stead, be ye reconciled to God. 2 Corinthians 5:20

As many of you may recall, Mary Magdalene, referred to our Beloved Jesus as "Rabboni" when she came upon him after his resurrection. This is to say "Master" and was a Jewish word used to address someone who was a spiritual leader or a learned one in those days. So our Beloved Master Speaks to us in our heart flames if we will hear. What does the Master Jesus whisper to us in the still small voice we hear in our minds and hearts?
