COVID HYSTERIA: There is No Emergency and People are Waking Up!
Across the country, especially where lockdowns have been particularly and ridiculously over the top, people are tired of the hoax and are waking up. Many of them are flat out defying their state governors' orders of restriction and taking the risks of staying open and staying free. Times are looking up people. We are free Americans, not communists. We don't have to stay in our houses and hide in our basements and we are not going to!
One Colorado county is refusing to enforce lockdowns in a brave act of civil disobedience.
"Weld County's defiance came days before news broke that New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo is "furious" because a Brooklyn synagogue held a secret wedding."
"Colorado officials last week announced that several counties had moved into the "red level"—the second-highest measurement on its COVID-19 dial—and would be forced to implement new regulations on restaurants, gyms, and other parts of the economy to combat the virus.
"Then something remarkable happened. Weld County, a county in the northern part of the state with a population of roughly a quarter million people, politely said no.
""Instead, county government continues to do what it has done since March, which is promote and encourage residents and business owners to take individual responsibility and make decisions to protect themselves, their families, their community and their businesses," the Board of Commissioners said in a statement."
"The county will not enforce a rule confining individuals to their homes for an undetermined length of time;
the county will not enforce a rule that states residents cannot have personal gatherings;
the county will not tell the school districts how to provide education to their students;
the county will not enforce a rule requiring a reduction of attendees in places of worship;
the county will not enforce a rule demanding restaurants close their indoor dining areas;
the county will not enforce any rule that forces a business to shut down or impedes their ability to operate."

In New York Governor Andrew Cuomo was furious that a religious group held a wedding with thousands of guests, most of which wore no masks.
"NEW YORK (AP) — A Brooklyn synagogue should be investigated over reports that it hosted a secret wedding with thousands of unmasked guests earlier this month, New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo said Sunday.
""If that happened, it was a blatant disregard of the law," Cuomo said during a briefing in New York City. "It's illegal. It was also disrespectful to the people of New York."
"The New York Post reported that guests, mostly unmasked, crammed inside the Yetev Lev temple in Williamsburg for the Nov. 8 wedding of Yoel Teitelbaum, a grandson of Satmar Grand Rabbi Aaron Teitelman, in blatant violation of coronavirus restrictions that ban large indoor gatherings. The synagogue has a capacity of 7,000 people."
Actually, no Mr. Cuomo, it isn't illegal to have a wedding or to have a large group of people attend it the way they wish. What is illegal and unconstitutional are your totalitarian dictatorial mandates. And guess what, the Supreme Court of the United States just affirmed that.

Single Mom In Tiny Minnesota Town Plans To Defy State Order, Open Bar On Friday
"In a tiny town in Minnesota, a single black mom who owns a small bar that provides entertainment plans to open her business on Friday, defying the state's order that closes all bars and restaurants indefinitely, and she's prepared to pay a fine and face possible jail time.
"Larvita McFarquhar owns Havens Garden in Lynd, Minnesota, a town of 448 people. On November 19, she posted a video on Facebook which was captioned, "Live Music and Food next Friday Night! Come have fun with the Great Tommy Rex or sing your own tunes during Open Mic! November 27 2020, 9pm-11pm Lynd MN." The video features her saying, "Hi! I'm here at Havens Garden asking everyone to join us November 27 from 9 p.m. to 11 p.m. for Open Mic Night. Come down and have a good time here at Havens Garden in Lynd, Minnesota.""

"As John Hinderaker of Powerline reports, that announcement prompted the state to threaten her. Alpha News reported that after she posted the video, a deputy with the Lyon County Sheriff's Office asked McFarquhar if she was aware that Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz (D) had issued a new order forcing all bars and restaurants to be closed and warned her of the consequences if she defied the order.
"McFarquhar told Alpha News, "I said, 'Yes, I'm aware, but are you aware that the governor's mandate is not a law? The governor does not pass laws and you are supposed to uphold the Constitution. You don't work for the governor; you work for us.'"
"On Monday, Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison's office sent McFarquhar a letter. Assistant Attorney General Noah Lewellen, who asked McFarquhar to respond by 5 p.m. on Monday and state she would not remain open, wrote: "Emergency Executive Order 20-99 empowers this Office to investigate and take action against businesses or persons that are operating or threatening to operate in violation of the Order. As the chief legal officer for the State of Minnesota, the Attorney General has authority to file a civil enforcement action seeking injunctive relief and civil penalties of up to $25,000 for each and every occurrence Executive Order 20-99 is violated, as well as its attorney's fees and costs."
"At roughly 5:30 p.m. on Friday, McFarquhar responded with another video posted on Facebook, captioned: "What does it say about our country, and Governor Walz when he uses our Sherrifs (sic) department, Attorney General and our citizens to harass, threaten, bully, intimidate …" She stated, "Hi! I'm here at Havens Garden letting everyone know that we will be open this Friday, November 27, from 9 p.m. until 11 p.m. I want to thank everyone who is willing to come out but I want them to know that there is a possibility that they will be fined $1,000 if they show up, so please make your decisions wisely, that if you would love to come down and support me which I would love, but I want you to be aware that you can be fined $1,000.""

Another story of defiance comes out of Lexington, KY
"Brewed Coffee shop in Lexington, KY defied government orders to shut down the dining room on Wednesday, and customers lined up out the door to show their support. Reportedly, at least one appreciative customer waited an hour to get coffee, and Wednesday afternoon, the coffee shop said on their Facebook page that they had run out of food. The owner, Andrew Cooperrider, is an official in the Libertarian Party and he refused to shut down his dining room.
"Officials from the Lexington-Fayette County Health Department ordered Cooperrider to close his dining room, but he refused. On their Facebook page, Brewed noted there could be consequences,"

Who can't be absolutely laughing their tail off at California Governor Newsom breaking his own rules and then apologizing for it. I guess he is one of those people who think we are so foolish to believe that he actually believes his own nonsense. Seriously, to those of you who haven't yet awakened please start paying attention to what your "masters" are doing instead of what they are saying.

"More than 75 business owners in Loveland signed a letter vowing to defy the Safer at Home Level Red restrictions that went into effect this week in Larimer County to slow the spread of the novel coronavirus that causes COVID-19.
"Businesses that actually follow through with those plans could face penalties from the state, including the loss of their licenses to operate, Gov. Jared Polis said in a news conference Tuesday.
"The Level Red restrictions, which took effect at 5 p.m. Tuesday in Larimer County, ban indoor dining at restaurants, all indoor entertainment events and all personal gatherings among people from different households; and severely limit capacity at churches, gyms and most other businesses.
"So far, it's not clear how many businesses defied the order or if any health department action has been taken against those who did."
"We are not closing our doors. We are not laying off our staff," said Morgen Harrington, a co-owner of Grimm Brothers Brewhouse. "We are going to continue our quiet protest until we can come up with a better solution to this problem."
Meanwhile in Colorado's largest city the Mayor tells everyone else to remain home and not to travel while he himself does just the opposite.
