    Now, I know that is a huge statement. Because we have been on this planet so long and since the emotional body and the mental body generally run the show, so to speak, it is a tough job to get them back in check and listening to you. I have been fortunate to have various experiences going through these issues. I remember once, I was at the stove, my wife and I had an argument and I saw anger come up. She thought I was angry at her but I said, "No, I feel anger but I'm not angry at you." Then I went outside and worked through transmuting that anger I could see.

I do find that when I speak it outloud, as you did with your wife Marian, it helps to diffuse the anger somewhat and gives me a head-start to separating out what the anger truly is about from the person who may, or may not, have been a trigger for it.   More ...
