MsPat commented on this post about 1 year agoI was just watching a video of a woman who was giving a lecture on mental strength and the way to build that strength, she says, is to go through your uncomfortable feelings. I mean, you can keep pushing them back or burying them but we all know the end result, it becomes a volcano that springs up at the most awkward time and you can't stop it or control it.
