    Breath, it is so critical to physical life and people are not taught how to breathe. It is the first crime against humanity. Moreover, babies until they get to about 4 years old breathe correctly but it is coaxed out of them, not on purpose by the parents but the type of exercise they get to do at schools. The instructors of physical education. Chest out and look up. Easiest way to get the chest out is by breath. After that you forget the correct way to breathe until, hopefully, you find a useful book on breath.

These thoughts are like waves headed to a shore, there one moment, then gone the next as they fall upon the sandy beach. We can allow those thoughts to dissipate just as the waves do, creating more and more calm as our breath goes in and out of the swinging door ever so slowly.
