So, the best way to breathe I have found is diaphragm breathing or belly breathing. You push your stomach out but it is actually your diaphragm. You breathe first into the belly, then the middle section, the part that is the rib-cage and then the last part is where most people do all their breathing, the chest and try not to raise the shoulders. Do this breathing for perhaps 10 rounds if you can, bearing in mind that some people get dizzy because they are not used to so much air, so take care. Take 1 and if you think you can cope take another and so on.
