Knight and York's footnoted documentation on this is as follows: "Sex Bias in the U.S. Code," Report for the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights, April 1977, p. 102, quoted in "Ruth Bader Ginsburg's Feminist World View," The Phyllis Schlafly Report, Vol. 26, No. 12, Section 1, p. 3. The paragraph (from the Ginsburg report) reads as follows: "'Eliminate the phrase "carnal knowledge of any female, not his wife, who has not attained the age of 16 years" and substitute a federal, sex-neutral definition of the offense. ... A person is guilty of an offense if he engages in a sexual act with another person. ... [and] the other person is, in fact, less than 12 years old.'"

I've gotten into a wee tiff with a dear friend who LOVES Martin Armstrong and his Economics teachings. He sent me a recent post where MA denies the US Corp.

MA: This new claim that Biden is not the President because Trump dissolved the corporation is just crazy. This is a Psychological operation (PSYOP) but it is intended to identify people who they will track and then target for imprisonment as Domestic Terrorist Act. I have stated many times that you have to be careful because the opposition in politics will always infiltrate and create false theories and narratives. That is why I am cautious about conspiracy theories. This is the standard operational procedure. Please do not buy into this being some secret military operation that will come back and somehow bring in Trump to save the day. They were swearing Trump was going to be sworn in by 11 AM and Biden would be arrested.

Hi Martin, I have a friend who is a great fan. He recently sent me your opinion of Q/corporation of UNITED STATES.

I wrote to him:

"I'm assessing the situation as one could see it -- a brilliant, international economist's expert opinion vs a "conspiracy nut" housewife in a small town in Texas, but I say this with certainty:

MA is not informed about the 1871 act of incorporation. It is not a recent theory, but long known among those who study the history of the change.

It is not a 'conspiracy' that the united States went bankrupt and incorporated, but there is a conspiracy to deny that fact.

As is said, "Truth first heard sounds false."
For those who are just now hearing this (we've known it since mid-1980s when we first started studying govt), it sounds like crazy talk. Just like public education being founded on Marxism (crazy!) -- or vaccines causing autism (there's no proof!) -- or Lipitor (cholesterol is bad!) -- or flu shots -- or masks -- or diet soda -- or Red# 40 (it's FDA approved!) -- or climate change (science denier!). Liars need to lie to keep profiting from our ignorance. Once we call their bluff, they have no recourse but to lie even more.

We have a pastor friend, Thomas McConnell, in Rayville MO. He ran for mayor and won. His heart was to bring justice to his community. But every time he tried to right a wrong, he hit a roadblock. Someone came to him and said that the town had to UN-incorporate. He said it was the hardest battle he ever fought, and he was a tough spiritual warrior, a Scottish Covenanter from the old stock. (First time we met him, he preached wearing his kilt.) He won, and Rayville was unincorporated. He said that there was a peace and prosperity that came over the town like nothing ever before.

Every 501c3 church, every school district, every city, every county, every state, and YES, even our federal govt is INCORPORATED. Incorporation is a FICTION, existing only on paper. Wicked men hide behind its legal veil to do their evil deeds (read: usury) with impunity.

It is easy to show that MA is missing the mark on this one.Here is 28 U.S. Code Sec. 3002

(15) “United States” means—

a Federal corporation;
(B)
an agency, department, commission, board, or other entity of the United States; or

an instrumentality of the United States.

Excerpt from writer Lisa Guliani -- The date is February 21, 1871 and the Forty-First Congress is in session. I refer you to the "Acts of the Forty-First Congress," Section 34, Session III, chapters 61 and 62. On this date in the history of our nation, Congress passed an Act titled: "An Act To Provide A Government for the District of Columbia." This is also known as the "Act of 1871." What does this mean? Well, it means that Congress, under no constitutional authority to do so, created a separate form of government for the District of Columbia, which is a ten mile square parcel of land.

The Congress realized our country was in dire financial straits, so they cut a deal with the international bankers — (in those days, the Rothschilds of London were dipping their fingers into everyone's pie) thereby incurring a DEBT to said bankers.
In essence, this Act formed the corporation known as THE UNITED STATES. Note the capitalization, because it is important. This corporation, owned by foreign interests, moved right in and shoved the original "organic" version of the Constitution into a dusty corner. With the "Act of 1871," our Constitution was defaced in the sense that the title was block-capitalized and the word "for" was changed to the word "of" in the title. The original Constitution drafted by the Founding Fathers, was written in this manner: "The Constitution for the united states of America".

You say, "Trump was defeated!" No, he was CHEATED. Fraud vitiates everything.
You say, "He is not staging some secret military coup." How do you know this, exactly, with certainty?
